For as long as there are records, the Ahearn family has grown crops on Ballindoney Farm. The farm lies in County Tipperary at the heart of Ireland’s famous Golden Vale, renowned for the richness of its soil and the purity of its water.

It’s that water and our home-grown barley that goes into making our spirit, so we can point to the field where your whiskey comes from. It’s Tipperary through and through.

Our unique inheritance of the purest water and barley is the first step in our passionate pursuit of a spectacular Irish Whiskey, which only Tipperary can call its own.
