Pink gold in colour, the gin within was distilled on our Farm and has been combined with traditional Gin Botanicals. The spirit is 40% ABV and will be of appeal to Gin Drinkers and lovers of artisanal Irish spirits.
Tasting Notes

Nose: Juniper and crisp white wine
Pallet: Sherbert, orange peel and figs
Finish: Spicy with clove and cinnamon.
